Chicken Tikka Masala Dish

Chicken Tikka Masala is very popular dish in Britain and is also called a National dish at there. This dish was introduced as a creamy tomato-based curry. The Gravy of this dish should be creamy, and increase the quantity of tomato for more flavorful and use boneless chicken pieces as well for complete process.
Material required for Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe:
For chicken marinade:
1.5 LBS (700 grams) of boneless chicken, cut into cutting-shaped pieces
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon paprika (or Kashmiri red chili powder for color)
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
salt to taste
For Masala Sauce:
2 tablespoons oil or ghee
1 big onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
1 can (14 oz/400 grams) crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon paprika or chili powder (adjusted to taste)
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 cup heavy cream or coconut milk (for prosperity)
1 tablespoon sugar or honey
Salt to taste
Fresh Cilantro, for Garnish
Instruction:
1. Marinate Chicken:
Add curd, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, garam masala, and salt in a bowl.
Add chicken pieces, coating evenly. Cover and cool for at least 1 hour.
2. Cook chicken:
Grill or pan-fri marinated chicken lightly chart and until cooked.
3. Make Masala Sauce:
Heat oil/ghee in a pan. Onion until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in spices (cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika) and cook for 30 seconds.
Add crushed tomatoes and boil for 10 minutes until it becomes thick.
Blend the sauce (optional) for lubrication, then return to the pan.
